Alade Adekunle

Founder/MD/CEO.

Adekunle Alade is the Founder/MD/CEO of Pathway Advisors Limited.

He was recently inducted as Chartered Director by the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIOD)

He has over 15 years experienced finance professional with proven skills in investment banking, financial advisory, accounting & finance.

Adekunle has extensive experience in fundraising, project finance, financial modelling, due diligence, and business restructuring across different key sectors, including oil & gas, financial services, infrastructure, power, and telecommunications.
He has worked with the following companies before founding Pathway Advisors Limited as Managing Director:

. Boston Advisory Limited as Senior Vice President
. Elixir Capital Partners Limited (now AVA Capital Group) as Head,         Investment Banking
. KPMG Deal Advisory (as Assistant Manager)
. Ernst & Young (As Audit Staff)

Moyosore Famotibe

Executive Director 

Moyo has over 9 years Investment banking experience that spans Portfolio Management, Management Consulting and Financial Advisory (Capital Raising, Divestitures, Mergers & Acquisition) across financial services, alternative energy, telecoms, manufacturing, hospitality and real estate.

Moyo is currently the Managing Director of Dupont Capital Advisory Limited. He was the Head of Corporate Finance Advisory at GlobalView Capital Limited. 

 

Dolapo Akanbi Alade

Co-Founder/Director

Dolapo Akanbi-Alade is the Co-Founder/Director of Pathway Advisors Limited 

She was recently inducted as Chartered Director by the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIOD)

With over 15 years of experience across Nigeria’s financial services sector, including KPMG professional services and Michael Stevens Consulting, she is known for her disciplined, purpose-driven leadership.

At Pathway Holdings , she has strengthened internal systems and supported landmark, oversubscribed capital market transactions, reinforcing the Group’s reputation for trust and excellence.

A Chartered Administrator, registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, and Lagos Business School alumna, Dolapo is passionate about women’s empowerment and mentoring future leaders.

Victor Akwukwuma

Team Lead, Investment Banking

Victor Akwukwuma is the Team Lead, Investment Banking of Pathway advisors Limited.

 

He is a seasoned finance and investment professional with a strong track record in investment banking, capital raising, and financial advisory. He currently serves as Team Lead, Investment Banking at Pathway Advisors Limited, where he leads deal origination and execution across equity and debt capital markets, M&A transactions, and corporate restructurings.

 

With experience spanning Pathway Advisors, Alpha10 Advisory Partners, Voithos Consulting, Neveah Limited, the Nigerian Exchange Group, and C & I Leasing Plc, Victor has built deep expertise across the full spectrum of corporate finance and treasury functions.

 

He has successfully structured and raised capital across a diverse range of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, agriculture, technology, and industrial services, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate different business models and financing needs.

 

He began his career at C & I Leasing Plc, where he held progressive roles across finance, treasury, and investor relations, gaining hands-on experience in credit analysis, liquidity management, capital raising, and regulatory compliance. This foundation has shaped his strong analytical capabilities and practical approach to structuring transactions.

 

Victor is highly skilled in financial modeling, valuation, investor engagement, and strategic advisory, with a proven ability to drive execution and deliver value in complex transactions. He holds a degree in Accounting from Babcock University and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
