Maxwell Okoye

Chairman

Maximus is an Astute and Experienced Agribusiness professional with notable results and achievements in developing and deploying business initiatives, project management, policy implementation, and financing for agriculture development. He has demonstrated proven expertise in engaging decision-makers and devising winning strategies and solutions.

Maximus has assisted various companies to facilitate low interest funds in excess of N150 billion from Bank of Industries (BOI) and CBN Intervention Funds through CACs and RSSF.

He has worked in management capacity with across different banks: Agric Manager, Stanbic IBTC Limited, SBO, Fidelity Bank Plc and Agric Officer,
Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.

Alade Adekunle

Founder/CEO.

Adekunle is a skilled investment banking professional with over 10 years extensive experience in providing financial advisory, equity/debt capital raising, mergers and acquisition advisory, and corporate restructuring.

 

He has originated, structured and executed several corporate finance transactions in various sectors including financial services (banking and insurance), oil and gas, steel and mining, consumer goods, telecoms, agric-business and manufacturing.

Abdulateef Hussien

Non-Executive Director

Abdulateef has a rich professional background, starting as a management consultant at Solina Group and later holding positions in investment banking at Blackbit Limited, Axe Capital, and Globalview Capital Limited. 

 

During his tenure as Manager at Mutual Trust Microfinance Bank, Abdulateef spearheaded the bank’s inaugural corporate bond issue. 

He then played a pivotal role in the transformation of Egwafin Microfinance Bank, initially as Chief Operating Officer and later as Acting Managing Director. Abdulateef earned his BSc. in Economics, Banking, and Finance from Eastern Mediterranean University and is also a certified microfinance professional.

Dolapo Akanbi Alade

Non-Executive Director

Dolapo is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA) and a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC).

She holds an HND in Banking and Finance from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, and a Certification in Service Management from Lagos Business School.

Dolapo’s professional experience includes a significant tenure at KPMG Professional Services, where she held roles such as Senior Procurement Officer, Facility Supervisor, and Head of Customer Services. She also gained valuable experience in Customer Service while working with Michael Stevens Consulting and Universal Trust Bank Limited.

In addition to her extensive background in finance and customer service, Dolapo is the co-founder and CEO of Fundbox Financial Services Limited, leveraging her expertise to drive the company’s success.
