Maximus Okoye

Chairperson/Non-Executive Director

Maximus Okoye is the Chairperson/Non-Executive Director of Pathway Advisors Limited.

He has 25+ years of senior leadership in Nigerian banking, development finance, and agribusiness.

He held senior roles at Stanbic IBTC, Fidelity, and Union Bank, developing agricultural banking across Southern Nigeria.

He managed multi-billion-naira portfolios, achieved consistent double-digit growth, and secured over ₦150 billion in funding from CBN, BoI, and AfDB. Expertise: capital, raising, financial, modelling, value chain structuring, credit governance, compliance. Qualifications: MBA (Finance) – OAU; B.Agric.Tech (Agric Economics & Extension) – FUTO.

He provides independent oversight, strategic guidance, and governance leadership, reinforcing PAL’s position as a trusted and forward-looking financial advisory firm

Alade Adekunle

Founder/MD/CEO.

Adekunle Alade is the Founder/MD/CEO of Pathway Advisors Limited.

He was recently inducted as Chartered Director by the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIOD)

He has over 15 years experienced finance professional with proven skills in investment banking, financial advisory, accounting & finance.

Adekunle has extensive experience in fundraising, project finance, financial modelling, due diligence, and business restructuring across different key sectors, including oil & gas, financial services, infrastructure, power, and telecommunications.
He has worked with the following companies before founding Pathway Advisors Limited as Managing Director:

Dolapo Akanbi Alade

Co-Founder/Director

Dolapo Akanbi-Alade is the Co-Founder/Director of Pathway Advisors Limited 

She was recently inducted as Chartered Director by the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIOD)

With over 15 years of experience across Nigeria’s financial services sector, including KPMG professional services and Michael Stevens Consulting, she is known for her disciplined, purpose-driven leadership.

At Pathway Holdings , she has strengthened internal systems and supported landmark, oversubscribed capital market transactions, reinforcing the Group’s reputation for trust and excellence.

A Chartered Administrator, registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria, and Lagos Business School alumna, Dolapo is passionate about women’s empowerment and mentoring future leaders.
