Pathway Advisors Limited is pleased to announce the successful structuring and execution of the ₦10 Billion Series 1 Bond Issuance by Veritasi Homes & Properties Plc, under its ₦30 Billion Medium-Term Bond Programme, where we acted as the Lead Issuing House to this landmark transaction.
This 3-year, 20% fixed-rate bond, rated ‘A’ by GCR Ratings and @dataprolimited, will finance the prestigious Project Oyster Towers in Eko Atlantic City, an iconic luxury development comprising 82 modern apartments (1–3 bedrooms). The project has already achieved an impressive 63% off-take, reflecting strong market demand.
While @veritasihomes has been an active issuer in the Commercial Paper market since 2022, this series 1 represents its debut bond issuance, marking a significant milestone in the company’s capital market evolution and a successful transition from short-term funding to longer-tenor capital.
