Pathway Advisors Limited is pleased to inform you of the forthcoming launch of Zeenab Foods Limited (“Zeenab” or the “Issuer”) up to ₦10 Billion Series 1 Commercial Paper Notes under its ₦50 Billion Commercial Paper Programme.
This new Programme succeeds the previous ₦20 billion CP Programme registered in 2024, under which the Issuer successfully raised up to ₦22 billion across multiple Series and Tranches. All matured obligations under the previous Programme were fully redeemed ahead of their respective due dates, underscoring the Company’s strong commitment to investors.

- Series 1 Tranche B – ₦1.45 Billion redeemed in April 2025
- Series 2 Tranche A – ₦0.68 Billion redeemed in March 2025
- Series 2 Tranche B – ₦1.30 Billion redeemed in April 2025
- Series 2 Tranche C – ₦1.03 Billion redeemed in July 2025
- Series 2 Tranche D – ₦0.10 Billion redeemed in August 2025
